A workspace is a self-contained documentation project. If you have two different products with different users, you would likely use two workspaces. Each has its own sources and widget configuration.

Can I add or remove workspaces?

Yes. You can increase or decrease your workspace count at any time from your dashboard. Your billing will be adjusted immediately on a pro-rata basis.

Do you charge per internal user?

No. We believe knowledge should be shared freely across your organization. On the Publish plan, you can invite as many internal collaborators as you need to help manage your knowledge base.

What counts as an import?

An import is any external source you use to train the AI, such as a website URL, a PDF document, or a standard Word file. These sources provide the raw data for the AI to generate cited answers.

Is there a fair use policy?

Yes. While we offer "Unlimited" pages and "Generous" imports, we maintain common-sense limits to ensure top-tier performance for all customers. If your usage is significantly above average, we will reach out to discuss custom infrastructure options.
